TWINS!
I have had the pleasure of painting some art for a couple of twins heading this way- real soon! Lizzy and Gideon will make their appearance in a few weeks! Their mom has created the cutest "cowboy" "cowgirl" nursery for them to come home to. Here are a couple of paintings I did to match their bedding.

Mixed Media
One of my friends recently purchased this awesome paper in Washington, D.C. and thought it would be cool to have it on a canvas. So....that is what I did (short version of the story..haha). In case you are interested in purchasing some of your own cool paper here is the website where it is available. www.paper-source.com

More teacher Signs
I have really enjoyed doing these teacher signs! I LOVE knowing that so many happy faces will see them everyday. I hope they make the kids smile!! If I was a teacher I would love to get one of these for my doors...not to mention give extra special attention to the child who gave it to me! haha! just kidding.

Emmy's Room
This is the largest canvas I have painted so far. It is 3ft x 4ft. It was a fun one to do. On the Internet you will find this chandelier- but come to find out most of the canvas's with this particular chandelier on them is actually a graphic sticker. This one is hand painted for lil' Emmy's room. Can't wait to see pics of it in her room. Hope you love it!

Hold on Orders
Hey everybody! It has been a busy couple of months for me. I am meeting my self coming and going. I am currently booked until the end of July. I am not taking any new orders till I can breathe and get some of these paintings out from underneath me. This is starting to become a small job (with major time commitments). I love painting for people and seeing or hearing about their reactions... I want to keep painting, but this summer is going to be crazy. If we have talked about a painting or you have contacted me in the past few weeks- then I have you on my to do list. I do still want to hear from you, but just know that I am behind............ I have a hard time saying "no" - so I am posting this more for myself than for anyone else. haha. Thanks for your business- I love creating art for you!!!

Sweet Lil' Princess
These pictures are 11X14 with beads and bows. They were custom painted to match this bedding.
Her mom wanted some zebra print to add some pizazz to the room...so we made it princess pink! I think they will be a nice addition to such an adorable room. These are headed to Hartford, CT- first time to ship there. I shipped both of these paintings for $8.00- just FYI if you are considering having a painting shipped- it is very doable! Thanks Stephanie for your purchase!!

Auctioned Art with final personalization.
Hospital door sign. This fella has the cutest cowboy nursery!! His mom sent me pics of his room and this painting was designed to coordinate with the decor. I left room at the top of the bottom sign for the parent's to write the baby's name in as well as the baby's stats.

Christmas Canvas

Here are a few of the Christmas pics I recently finished. The 16x20 stretched canvas (all but the fa lalala pic) are $40 a piece. I am currently taking orders for Christmas Pictures until December 12th. This is a special Christmas Price for these paintings. They look incredible in a large gold or black frame over the fireplace or on a easel in the house. The flat 11X14 canvas (fa lalala) is $15. I can paint colors to match your Christmas decor. I painted one snowman with a lime green scarf and hat with hot pink background and silver glitter snow flakes... the possibilities are endless. Email me and let's talk colors and details. Merry Christmas!!!

Back to Painting
hey guys! I haven't jumped ship yet, just learning how to manage my time and keep my kiddos my top priority. I have just recently started back painting and I am trying to get caught up on a few projects etc. If you asked me about a painting in the past and I said "give me a little time before I start back because of my precious new baby"....please email me at jfinton@sbcglobal.net I am ready to go again! Hope everyone is doing well. I will try and post some of the new things I am finishing as I get time. Here is a chair I have been working on for the past week. I counted around 12 hours of my time I put into this chair.....to me it is priceless! It is for a silent auction in Conway for an organization called CASA (benefits foster children). The event is called "Festival of Chairs" and will be held in October. Let me know if you would like tickets to the event. I will post a pic of the chair after I get the seat cushion and final touches done. Take care- Ashley
